Help & contact for the Ollie Expense Tracker app · Last updated: July 12, 2026
Ollie Expense Tracker helps you track and share expenses across accounts. This page answers the most common questions and tells you how to reach us if you need a hand.
The fastest way to get help is by email. Tell us your device model, your iOS version, and a short description of what happened — it helps us resolve issues faster.
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
You can sign in with your email, with Google, or with Sign in with Apple — or start using Ollie anonymously and link an account later from the Settings screen so your data syncs across devices.
Open the account you want to share, add the person you want to invite, and the expenses in that account become visible to both of you. On the free plan you can share one account with one person; Ollie Pro removes that limit.
Free accounts include a set number of transactions per month, which resets at the start of each calendar month. When you reach it, you can wait for next month’s reset or upgrade to Ollie Pro for unlimited transactions. Nothing you’ve already saved is ever removed.
Ollie Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that lifts the monthly transaction limit and unlocks unlimited sharing. You can subscribe from the Ollie Pro section in Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with, then open Settings → Ollie Pro in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions), select Ollie, and choose to cancel or change your plan.
No. Ollie is private by design: there are no ads, no third-party tracking, and no analytics. The only diagnostic data we receive is a crash report if the App crashes, so we can fix the problem. You can read the details in the app under Settings → Private by Design, or in our Privacy Policy.
In the app, go to Account → Delete Account. This removes your account and the content you own. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
Your data is stored with Google Firebase and protected with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. For more, read our Privacy Policy.
